At The Vision District, every item is crafted with intention and inspected for quality before it ships. Because many of our products are made to order, we maintain a clear and fair return policy to ensure transparency for all customers.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and made‑to‑order nature of our apparel, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delayed carrier delivery

Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the issue

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped to you promptly.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue immediately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges

We do not offer size or style exchanges. Please double‑check your selections before completing your order.
