Shipping Policy

At The Vision District, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Every item is made with care, packaged with intention, and shipped with reliability.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high‑volume seasons, holidays, or special releases, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes or issue refunds until the package is returned to us.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will do everything we can to assist, but once the package is in the carrier’s possession, it is outside of our control.
